Back Stage/Backstage/Behind-the-Scenes:
As a phrase, back stage, backstage, "behind-the-scenes" refers to things or activities that are backstage, secret, or otherwise out of public view. This refers to the area in the theatre which is unseen by the audience. It includes the space in the wings as well as the dressing rooms.
